QUEUE PILOT - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (TEMPLATE - HAVE A LAWYER REVIEW BEFORE SELLING)

By installing or using Queue Pilot ("the Software"), published by Samtics ("the publisher"),
you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE. The publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install
   and use the Software on one server computer per license key, within the limits of the
   edition you purchased (Starter, Business or Enterprise). An unlicensed installation runs
   as a free 30-day trial.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile or
   modify the Software, or remove or alter license checks or notices, except where the law
   expressly allows it.

3. UPDATES AND SUPPORT. Updates and support are included for the period stated on your
   license. After that period the Software keeps working; renewing maintenance gives access
   to new versions and support.

4. DATA. All data stays on your computer. You are responsible for backups and for
   complying with privacy laws that apply to the data you record.

5. INTERNET. Natural-sounding voice announcements use Google Text-to-Speech and need an
   internet connection; without it, the TV display uses the voice of the browser.

6. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the
   maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect or
   consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for
   the license.

7. TERMINATION. This license ends automatically if you breach these terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. The Software includes open-source components (Python, Flask,
   Waitress, Bootstrap, Swiper, WinSW and others) under their own licenses.
